Richard Timothy Morris as theultimatepumpers know is no stranger to controversy, shortly after training LEGS and consuming four scoops of jack3d he ATE half a tub of hyperbolic mass for supper! That’s 3 kilograms!! ...after consuming 500grams of pure protein he moered his tub against the floor in Rage - spilling powder all of the tiles! After which he called his Jack Russel who klaped the rest- no spice!

Afterwards his Jack Russel was lumming lekker! Richard said it was Jack that made him do it...referring to the jack3d- no dog would ever encourage such behavior! Richard then begun to chow into 1/2 chicken and wings- giving a 1/4 chicken to the chickens in his garden - swak...

 When asked for comment Richard said that his dog is kak strong and will be taking his dog to gym with him for the next few weeks. When questioned about his animal cruelty to chickens - in particular "forced cannibalism" he responded by argueing whether he was then prohibited from giving 1/2 a serving of Jack3d to his Jack Russel, before their next gym session...

Matthew was interviewed about this discovery and expressed his outrage and concern stating that a lawsuit would follow againsts these 'wannabe, copyright infringing bastards'. Matthew has stated that he will definitely be suing these subjects  for everything. Apparently Matthew had filed a patent for the 'hair style' in the previous month but it is still unclear whether the patent has been implemented or not. Chief editor Matthew Westaway has been getting some good results in the gym. He has been punishing the iron and has stretch marks to prove it. So whats his secret? Besides the Hyperbolic mass; Furure Life; Maca and the frank furters, Matthew seems to work around the clock, sneaking in a quick session wherever possible. He rises in the early hours of the morning-no matter how tired (Trinity) and hits the gym. What an inspiring athlete!
